National Congress - Dobrogean wines and dishes

Cezar Ioan (Vinul.ro) and Cosmin Dragomir (gastroart.ro) announce a new edition of the Gastronomy and Wine Congress, this time in a regional format, dedicated especially to local producers and entrepreneurs from #Dobrogea. I would like such events to be organized in other regions of the country, because I understand how important they are for the rural economy and because I see them as a real opportunity for local producers.

In addition to the parade of traditional Dobrogean dishes and the selection of wines, "Vinuri și bucate Dobrogene" is an excellent opportunity to explore the challenges and opportunities of entrepreneurs in this area. The event is designed not only as an experience of relaxation and culinary indulgence, but also as a space for networking and academic debates.

For the exhibitors, "it will be a new step towards the development of a sustainable local economy in the off-season", as stated by the host of the event, Adrian Gemănaru, manager of the "La Liman" restaurant - one of the founders of the Tulcea Destination Management Organization.

The representatives of the Tulcea Destination Management Organization left the local tourist brand "You and Tulcea", and the involvement in such an event is a confirmation of the fact that things are starting to move in the right direction. At the same time, I am convinced that all those who arrive in the area will also want to explore tourist attractions/local places in the rural areas of the county.
