The La Liman restaurant in Tulcea reconfigures the welcoming Romanian atmosphere, the new look meets a rich local color, represented by the peoples and cultures that still mark Dobrogea – Romanians, Macedonians, Turks, Tatars, Lipovans, Greeks, Bulgarians, Jews, etc.
This can be found both in the menu at La Liman and inside the restaurant through the clapboards of the houses in the Danube Delta, the Balkan tiles, the lumpy plaster on the cinder block walls, the chromaticity specific to the settlements on the water, the reed fence, the painted ceramics and the hand-beaten gypsy kettle of craftsmen.
This is the architectural gastronomy of the place, which also reflects the philosophy of our dishes - "Dobrogean cuisine, chosen by the eyebrow".
At Liman you can enjoy a multitude of flavors, specific to the diversity of Dobrogean cuisine and the Danube Delta, from fish borscht prepared in a cauldron, recipes with Turkish, Macedonian, Lipovian, Greek origins and up to the most beloved authentic Romanian dishes.
