Scrumbii de Florii - 2nd edition

Scrumbii de Florii celebrates the local gastronomic heritage, promotes ecological and environmental education, and capitalizes on the artistic, musical and craft heritage of local ethnic communities. The event was initiated by OMD Tulcea Municipality and is in its second edition.
