Exhibition: SAMURAI - Legends of Japan

The Eco-Museum Research Institute "Gavrilă Simion" Tulcea announces the opening of an exhibition-event at Casa Avramide - "SAMURAI. Legends of Japan", Friday, September 13, from 1:00 p.m. At the opening you can meet the initiators of this project, av. George Șerban, art collector, and the curator of the exhibition, Dr. Alexandru Constantin Chituță, the interim manager of the Brukenthal National Museum.

The exhibition remains open on the ground floor of the Avramide House until the end of October 2024. Visitors aged 25 or older will also receive a raffle ticket when purchasing museum admission tickets. Based on it, you can sign up and win, at the end of the exhibition, the work "The guards arrest a couple", artist Toyokuni III/Kunisada (1786-1864), original woodcut donated by the collector George Șerban.
