Tulcea Film Society, an initiative of the Baistruck Association, in partnership with ICEM Tulcea and Bad Unicorn, brings the film Close to the basement of Casa Avramide and invites young people and adults from the Tulcea community to a debate. The discussion will be moderated by Laura Felea, director of the Tulcea Children's Palace.
