Park of the Monument

It is located on Strada Gloriei and has an area of ​​25,982 square meters. The park has pedestrian walkways, benches, green spaces and a recently rehabilitated gazebo. In this park are the ruins of the Aegyssus fortress, the History and Archeology Museum of Tulcea, but also the Independence Monument, hence the name of the park. We recommend everyone a visit to this place, in the second part of the day, but especially at sunset, the view next to the monument being impressive.

RECOMMENDATION: If you like to exercise, dress in something casual and climb the stairs a few times. It will be the most effective way to get some cardio outdoors.
