Together with Adrian Dan from Urbea Dunării and our partners from ICEM TULCEA, we thought of organizing a new guided tour through the historical area of the city. The highlight of the tour will be visiting the Art Museum together, once the administrative palace of the Sangeac of Tulcea, then also called the Pasha's Mansion.
