Program for the recovery and valorization of local memory, in collaboration with the National Council for the Study of Security Archives, which will include: exhibition, conferences, artistic performance, etc.

- Increase the level of information on the social, political and cultural realities of Tulcea before 1989.
- Stimulate critical reflection on the collective memory and the repressive mechanisms of the communist regime. • Facilitate public access to relevant documents from the CNSAS archives.
- Encourage intergenerational dialogue.
