The Regional Festival "Unity in European Diversity", organized by the Tulcea Children's Palace, with the support of the Tulcea County Council, will reach its 14th edition this year.
It is an event "that has become an emblematic tradition of our city", through which the Tulcea Municipality celebrates the European spirit: diverse, united and vibrant, and on this occasion, the Tulcea City Hall team reaffirmed its commitment to promoting European values and supporting initiatives that strengthen ties between communities.
