The 34th edition of the "Alexandru Ciucurencu" national painting competition, hosted by the "George Georgescu" Arts High School in Tulcea, represents an extraordinary chance to assert oneself for talented young people, but also an opportunity for Tulcea county to open its doors to hundreds of values from the most remote areas of the country.
