Aegyssus Sport Fest returns in 2026
Between May 1 and 17, 2026, Tulcea once again becomes the city of sports competitions, in an event open to the entire community.
Aegyssus Sport Fest reaches a new edition and will bring together, for over two weeks, various competitions, including national stages and championships, which bring athletes from all over the country to Tulcea.
From aquatic events and endurance routes, to indoor competitions and technical disciplines, this year's program proposes a consistent mix of sports events, held in several areas of the city.

• Mountain Bike XCO – Bididia Forest
• Kyokushin Karate
• Swimming Competitions
• Chess Championship
• Pangration Athlima
• Kayak-Canoe
• Backyard Ultra Ultramarathon
• Half Marathon
• Sprint Triathlon
• Opening Ceremony – Mircea cel Bătrân Square
The events take place in several areas of the city: Ciuperca Lake and Park, Bididia Forest, "Ivan Patzaichin" Cliff, the swimming pool and gyms in the municipality.
