"The Heroism of the Working Class in the Industrialization Process of Tulcea Municipality".
This is the name of the mosaic in Civic Square (Mircea cel Bătrân) created in 1978 by artists Spiru Chintila, Romeo Voinescu and Constantin Georgescu. Even though it tells the story of a long-gone era, the mosaic remains visually spectacular today, becoming a tourist attraction in itself.
