FIBA U18 Women’s EuroBasket 2026 @ Tulcea

The Multipurpose Hall of Tulcea Municipality (Danubius Arena) will be inaugurated on the occasion of the FIBA U18 Women’s EuroBasket 2026 – Division B, scheduled for July 31 – August 9, 2026.

This European youth women’s basketball tournament will be the first major international sporting event hosted by the new arena, built by the National Investment Company and considered the most important investment in sports infrastructure in Tulcea County.

The competition will bring together 20 U18 women’s national basketball teams, international sports delegations, FIBA Europe officials, international referees, media representatives, institutional partners, and official guests from across Europe, with an estimated total of over 1,000 participants and personnel directly involved in the event.
